About CJHRC

As a HUD-approved agency, Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) is committed to partnering with very low-, low-, and moderate-income households in Central NJ in order to build the knowledge, skills, and access necessary to achieve sustainable housing stability and long-term financial security.

We operate one of the ONLY centralized housing information centers; assisting approximately 1,500 new clients while simultaneously helping existing clients annually at no charge.

CJHRC is a non-profit alliance of representatives from corporate and financial institutions, the real estate and development communities, social service providers, government leaders, and housing advocates, working locally to resolve issues facing households who are struggling to find housing that meets their needs and means. We use our extensive resources to find affordable housing for households, individuals, senior citizens, and those with special needs.

CJHRC has a commitment to fair housing and ensuring everyone’s rights are not negatively impacted. Any household that has a question or issue relating to the Fair Housing Act can contact our office for assistance.

LANGUAGES OFFERED

CJHRC services are usually conducted in English. The information clients receive (resources/documents) will likely be in English.
