Pre-Purchase - Virtual Homebuyer Workshop
This webinar was developed to assist very low-, low- and moderate-income families who are 3-36 months away from purchasing a home and wish to get comfortable with all components of the process. Virtual Homebuyer Workshops are offered throughout the year. For clients who are not available on the dates/times designated for a virtual webinar, they can register for CJHRC's individual (phone) or a combination of phone/web based learning class.
Post Purchase - Non Delinquency Workshop
This program is an in-depth educational program offered to homeowners to ensure they remain successful in their homes.
Financial Literacy Workshops
These workshops are offered numerous times throughout the year to assist our clients with basic financial decisions and goals.
