Somerset Park– located on Route 27, Somerset, NJ
This development completed in 1998 offers a total of 84 one, two and three bedroom, low and moderate income units for rent through the State of NJ Low and Moderate Income Program (Mt. Laurel).
Green Brook– Somerset County NJ
998 Washington Ave– this is a brand new development, which offer units included in the Mt. Laurel program. The first units are expected to be available by the Fall of 2019. A lottery will be held in October.
The Woods at King George - Somerset Park– This development, completed in 1996, offers 67 units for rent, 12 of which are included in the Mt. Laurel program. All apartments are low-rise condominiums.

This development completed in 1995 offers a total of 16 one, two and three bedroom, low and moderate income units for rent through the State of NJ Low and Moderate Income Program (Mt. Laurel).
The Hunterdon Mews– located on Main Street, Flemington, NJ
