Thursday, February 12, 2026 -- Budgeting -- Budgeting is a key element to become financially stable.  This webinar will help clients learn how to create a budget, better manage their income, understand the importance of savings, set financial goals, as well as be aware of any poor spending behaviors. 

Thursday, February 19, 2026 -- Credit -- Credit issues burden many individuals and understanding credit can be confusing.  This webinar will cover what you need to be aware of when it comes to your credit; understanding a credit report; the importance of monitoring your credit; why you are denied credit/rental unit with a good score; how to get a free credit report and other related information.

Thursday, February 26, 2026 – Debt-to-Income (DTI) Ratio -- A debt-to-income ratio is extremely important, and many consumers do not know what this is or do not understand it.  The webinar will cover how to calculate a debt-to-income ratio, what debt is included, what is a good DTI percentage and the importance of having a good balance between their debt and income.
