Due to high volume of clients seeking help and services from Central Jersey Housing Resource Center Corp. (CJHRC), CJHRC Staff cannot take any walk-in clients. We are unable to meet or speak with anyone in our suite or that comes to our door that does not have an appointment.
If you do not have an appointment but wish to drop off document(s), please leave any documents for CJHRC in the brown drop box outside our suite door in the hallway (during normal business hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Directions to Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) Office located at: 92 East Main Street, (Rt. 28) on the 4th Floor, Suite 407, Somerville, NJ 08876. GPS will bring you to the front door of 92 East Main Street which faces the street (you cannot enter there to reach our Suite). YOU MUST ENTER THE MAIN BUILDING FROM THE PARKING LOT - NOT THE STREET. Enter through the glass doors and you will see a large lobby with plants and two elevators in front of you. Take an elevator to the 4th floor and follow the signs to Suite #407.
Metered parking spots on East Main Street require money in meters; then walk on the brick walkway which is located on the left-hand side of the parking lot until you see the main entrance doors or you can park in the Parking Deck at no charge. The parking spots are numbered so you can locate your car easily; you can park in any numbered spot as long as it is not dedicated to someone with a sign. Leave the parking deck entrance where you entered. The main entrance to the 92 E. Main Street building is on your right.
FROM THE NORTH
Take Route 287 South to Exit 17. Landmark: Pass Bridgewater Commons Mall on left; stay to right. Turn right onto Route 22 East. Immediately after the 2nd overpass, turn right onto Grove Street (just past Kentucky Fried Chicken). Go straight until East Main St. and make a left. Take the next right to enter the parking lot. The parking deck is directly in front of you and our building (#92) is on the left. You can park in the parking deck at no charge. The parking spots are numbered so you can locate your car easily; you can park in any numbered spot, as long as it is not an assigned parking spot with a sign. Parking is Free. Come out the parking deck entrance where you entered. The main entrance to the building is on your right. Take the elevator to the 4th Floor. Coming out of the elevator, make a right then take your next right by the vending machines. Our office door is at the end of the hallway (Suite 407). FROM THE SOUTH (Via Route 287)

Take Route 206 North. Landmark: On Route 206 North approaching Somerville, look for a low stone wall on left (Duke Gardens). Shortly past this wall, turn right onto Bridge Street (Somerville).
