CJHRC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit that has been helping clients for over 34 years when they have no other place to turn. We never charge a fee. Our organization primarily serves clients in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. However our excellent staff strives to assist anyone with housing hurdles that contacts our agency looking for counseling.

At CJHRC, our HUD trained counselors assist individuals and families to achieve their housing goals. Our knowledgeable staff is committed to helping clients locate and apply for Low/Moderate Income rental and resale units. CJHRC also provides financial counseling for potential homebuyers and renters, existing homeowners and those facing potential foreclosure or eviction. These services and others we offer are free of any cost. We, at CJHRC, are proud to assist our clients as a HUD approved agency. We are committed to housing and the stellar reputation we enjoy within the State of New Jersey is a testament to all those we strive to serve and to the those who generously support what we do.
